Products and Services Offered

Trans World Radio – India does not offer any product or service on this website on a commercial basis or for profit. Trans World Radio – India does however provide access to free downloadable audio content on this website at no cost to the user with no restriction on the distribution of the same ‘as is’. Trans World Radio – India also provides users of this website the opportunity to contribute to the work of Trans World Radio – India which is not limited to but also includes the Trans World Radio – India Online Bible Quiz program as well. This contribution is accepted as donation from users without any force or compulsion from Trans World Radio – India of any kind. Users who donate a sum of Rs. 50/- and above are however offered a chance to participate in the annual Trans World Radio – India education event which is the Trans World Radio – India Online Bible Quiz. Any payment made through the Razorpay gateway made available on this website is accepted as a free-will donation of the website user toward the work of Trans World Radio – India and the running cost of the Online Bible Quiz program.

All users who participate in the quiz or contribute monetarily to Trans World Radio – India via this website are required to comply with all applicable laws and legalities of the Republic of India. Trans World Radio – India will not be held liable for the failure of a user or any third party entity to adhere to the laws of the Republic of India unless stated otherwise within the framework of the Indian code of law. Users of the website are also requested to go through Razorpay’s privacy policies as well as terms and conditions (linked to on the Privacy Policy section of this website for the user’s review) before engaging in any transaction on this website via their payment gateway. Third party service providers such as Razorpay,  Google etc are responsible to ensure their compliance with the Indian code of law while providing services to this website.

Trans World Radio – India does not allow the users of the website or any third party to sell or market their product on this website and expressly discourages any such attempts.

The Online Bible Quiz program is simply a promotional event designed to draw the attention of Trans World Radio – India’s vast audience, engage them with the work of Trans World Radio – India, provide free experience of selected portion of our broadcast content and an opportunity to both monetarily and in-person support all our endeavors in India.

Any user who is not interested in donating to Trans World Radio – India or attending the quiz is also free to browse through this website and also exit it at a time of their convenience (provided the website is up and running). In the case that any website user find himself/herself coerced into making a forced donation on this website he/she may kindly report the same to us via the contact channel mentioned at the end of this page or on our Contact us page.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the website for indefinite periods of time or cancel it at any time, without notice to you.

Severability

These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our website, or when you cease using the same.
